Lab reconstitution and molarity tools for research-use-only compounds. These calculators convert between mass, diluent volume, concentration, and molarity for in-vitro assay preparation. They contain no dosing guidance and are intended for qualified laboratory use only.
Reconstitution & concentration
Enter the lyophilized peptide mass and the volume of diluent (e.g. bacteriostatic water) to get the reconstituted concentration, plus the volume needed for a target mass.

Molarity & moles
Convert between mass, molecular weight, and volume to get molar concentration for assay buffers and stock solutions.

Worked examples
- 10 mg peptide + 2 mL diluent → 5 mg/mL = 5000 µg/mL. To deliver 250 µg, draw 0.05 mL (50 µL).
- 5 mg in 1 mL, MW 1419.56 g/mol → 3.53 µmol in 1 mL ≈ 3.53 mM.
- Semaglutide-scale MW (~4113 g/mol), 5 mg / 2 mL → ~0.61 mM stock for assay design.
Results are calculated in your browser for laboratory measurement only. Always confirm critical values independently. Research use only — not for human or veterinary use.
