CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a modified GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) analogue featuring four amino acid substitutions that improve enzymatic stability relative to native GHRH. Without the drug affinity complex (DAC) modification, this form produces a shorter duration of action in research models and is commonly used alongside Ipamorelin for simultaneous GHRH/GHRP axis research.
