Description
ACE-031 is a fusion protein comprising the extracellular domain of activin receptor type IIB (ACVR2B) linked to an IgG1-Fc region, functioning as a ligand trap for myostatin (GDF-8), activin A, and related TGF-β family ligands. It is studied in preclinical models of muscle atrophy, musculoskeletal signalling, and myostatin pathway inhibition.
